These pictures are from my first roll of black and white film. I need to take more advantage of light and shadows, which have a greater impact on a picture without the complications of color.

Straight from an old movie. This barn is actually in the middle of a small town; I had to make sure I didn't get a shot of the telephone wires.

Train yard
A telephoto shot down the tracks in a small train yard outside of Toledo. The locomotive rumbled away a few minutes later.

Deserted train station
Train station in the middle of nowhere.

Moonlight in clouds
Something amazing happening up in the sky.
